Accela Marketplace is a marketplace platform in which DOB customers (project owners) connect with and invite Third-Party Inspection Agencies (TPIA) to work on their projects. Through Accela Marketplace, customers schedule inspections on open permits. Permits can be closed once all inspections are completed, filed by the TPIA, and approved by DOB. Accela Marketplace also provides a one-stop shop for uploading reports and documentation, where they are accessible for review by all stakeholders.
