Register on Accela Marketplace

To use Accela Marketplace, you must have a free account on Access DC, a single sign-on program designed to enhance security and improve access to all online services at DOB. If you already have an Access DC account, you can use that. If you don't have one yet, you will need to register on Access DC before using Accela Marketplace.

Select a password for your account. It must comply with the following:

• At least 8 character(s)
• At least 1 number(s)
• At least 1 symbol(s)
• At least 1 lowercase letter(s)
• At least 1 uppercase letter(s)
• Does not contain part of username
• Does not contain the first name used for registration
• Does not contain the last name used for registration

To register with Access DC:

1. Visit the Accela Marketplace website.

2. Select the 'Register' button at the top right corner. You will be directed to the Access DC site.

3. Click on the red 'Register with Access DC' button.

4. Click on the 'Don't have an account? Sign up' link at the bottom of the page.

5. Enter your email address, first name, last name, your mobile phone number and a password to register. Click on 'Sign Up.'

6. Go to your email inbox and check your verification email. When you receive the email, verify your address as directed.

Remember to check your spam folders. If you do not receive a verification email, please contact DOB via email at dob@dc.gov.

After verifying your email address in Access DC, you will be redirected to your Accela Marketplace account. Follow the instructions on how to log in to Accela Marketplace.

If you are a registered Access DC user: Login as usual.

If you forget or need to change your password, visit Access DC and select the 'Forgot password?' option, then enter your Access DC email address as directed.
