Add a New Permit to an Existing Project

You can add a new permit to an existing project in Accela Marketplace by submitting a request to the Third-Party Agency. This feature is available only for projects already confirmed by an Agency. The new permit must be associated with the same address as the existing project.

• Log in to Accela Marketplace
• A Created Project for Regular Inspections

1. Navigate to the My Projects page and select 'Confirmed' in the filter bar. Choose the project you wish to modify and click on 'View and manage.'

2. You will be directed to the project page. Expand the 'Project Details' section by clicking on the arrow to view the project information.

3. In the 'Project Details' section, click on the 'Add new permit' button.

4. A pop-up window will appear. Enter the permit number you wish to add in the search bar and click on 'Search.'

Please note that the new permit must be associated with the same address as the existing project.

5. The permit number will be retrieved from the DOB database and displayed in the pop-up window. Check the related inspection types by expanding the drop-down menu. Please note that these inspections are view-only.

6. Check the permit number and click on 'Add.'

7. The newly added permit number will appear on the Project Details page with a 'Pending' status. This status will change once the Agency Admin accepts it.
